Call 888-663-4966 for instructions on receiving your Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA). When you return your item for repair please include a note with a detailed explanation of the problem and any other pertinent information. All efforts will be made to repair the item or an equivalent replacement will be offered. Defective items will be fixed according to the Warranty Policy, see below. Reasonable charges for parts and repair services will be issued accordingly.
Unused items may be returned for Credit or Exchange only. Call 888-663-4966 for instructions and to receive your Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA). Goods must be returned in new, unused condition and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage to item(s). If items are damaged upon receipt, an appropriate amount will be deducted from your credit. Any item permanently marked with your identification is NOT refundable.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR C & S PRODUCTS
C & S Supply, Inc. and its manufacturers warrant their products to the original purchaser or any person to whom the product was transferred, that our product is free of defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product. In the event that a material and/or manufacturers defect is found to be attributable to C & S Supply, Inc., the product will either be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of C & S Supply, Inc. at no charge to the customer.
To qualify for this warranty, the product must be returned to C & S Supply, Inc., using prepaid ground shipping, with proof of purchase, and within 90 days after the discovery of the potential defect.
C & S Supply, Inc. disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. No warranty will apply if the product is in any way altered or modified after delivery by C & S Supply, Inc. to original purchaser.
